Edit: With the help of pony-bones and War-Chant I've altered the system so it makes a little more sense.

Disclaimer: This system can work in tandem with the Training Titles but neither are mutually exclusive. If you want to use this system but not do the Training Titles, that's cool. If you wanna do Training Titles but not use this system, that's also cool. If you wanna use both, that's groovy~

In this system a horse has six basic stats:

Speed

Intelligence

Endurance

Strength

Temperament

Agility

For each training image you draw +1 point is added to the most applicable stat.

When you complete a discipline in the Training Titles guide it's +3 points to each applicable stat.

If you compete in a show it's +3 points for each applicable stat.

In addition to competing if you place 3rd in said competition it's +1 point, placing 2nd is +2 points, placing 1st is +3 points, and Judge's Choice or Grand Champion is +4 points to each applicable stat.

There is no limit to how many points your horses' stats may be.

Trail - Temperament, Intelligence
Cutting - Intelligence, Agility
Western Pleasure - Temperament, Stamina
Western Equitation - Temperament, Intelligence
Skijoring - Speed, Agility

Breakaway Roping - Speed
Tie Down Roping - Speed, Strength
Team Roping - Intelligence, Agility
Barrel Racing - Speed, Agility
Pole Bending - Speed, Agility
Gymkhana - Speed, Agility

Halter - Temperament
Liberty - Agility

Dressage - Intelligence
Haute Ecole - Intelligence, Agility
Endurance - Stamina, Temperament
Cross Country - Stamina, Agility
Jumping - Agility, Stamina
Vaulting - Temperament, Stamina
Fox Hunting - Temperament, Stamina
Polo - Agility, Stamina

Jousting - Strength, Temperament
Mounted Archery - Temperament
Cowboy Mounted Shooting - Temperament, Agility
Tent Pegging - Agility, Speed
Flat Racing - Speed, Strength
Steeplechase - Speed, Stamina
Weight Pull - Strength

Log Pull - Strength
Driving - Parade - Temperament, Strength
Driving - Racing/Obstacle course - Strength, Agility
Driving - Dressage - Agility, Strength
Harness Racing/Pacing - Speed, Stamina

Hunter Hack/English Pleasure - Temperament, Stamina
Saddleseat - Stamina
Trick training - Intelligence
Trick riding - Temperament, Stamina
Bombproofing - Temperament, Intelligence
Therapy riding - Temperament, Intelligence
Therapy (non-riding) - Temperament

If your chosen discipline isn't listed above I leave it to you to figure out the best stat applicable. Two at the most.
